September Wrap-Up

Happy October everyone! I can't believe it's already October. Seems like this year has just been flying by. Although I've been looking forward to October for a while, because this is vacation month! Woohoo! In a week or so I'll be headed on my lovely, and well deserved vacation. But before we get on to that, I thought I'd wrap up September, so in case you missed anything, now's your chance to check it out!

5 Shots
Origin by Jessica Khoury
Spark by Brigid Kemmerer
Erasing Time by C.J. Hill
Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas
Over You by Emma McLaughlin and Nicola Kraus

4 Shots
What's Left of Me by Kat Zhang
The Lost Girl by Sangu Mandanna
Sweet Shadows by Tera Lynn Childs
Storm by Brigid Kemmerer

3 Shots
Code Name Verity by Elizabeth Wein (3.5)
Defiance by C.J. Redwine (3.5)
Ripple by Mandy Hubbard
The Treachery of Beautiful Things by Ruth Francis Long (3.5)
Frost by Marianne Baer

Interesting that despite my discussion post from Friday where I discussed feeling like I was having a hard time getting into the books I was reading recently, that the lowest rating review I gave this month was 3 shots. Guess there was just a lot of good stuff on my shelf this month!

  1. You read a lot of great books!! I thought that I had a lot of not so great books in September, but looking back I only had 2 DNF books and the others were pretty good.

    1. I have yet to come across a DNF yet in my reviews. There are some, thinking back that I probably should have, but I don't know. I can't leave something unfinished. I'm always like, maybe it'll get better on the next page! Ha ha!

    1. Haha, I did read a lot! Some I probably read in August and reviewed in September, as is usual. I hope you like them both! Both fantastic, Origin was one of my favorites from this month!!
